    AND EMPOWER THEM TO DO IT!

    How are you empowering your team to get the job done? I have to remind myself this every time I feel like being superwoman and doing everything myself. It's OK to ask for help! Build yourself a good team that compliments your weaknesses. Find people who can help you with the things you like (or know how to do) the least and focus on your strengths and spreading your message.
